So, funny that nobody suggested anything. So I just sort of tried to eat less. And maybe exercise a bit more, although that's kind of tough considering. That and I got deathly sick this week and couldn't keep anything down for 24 hours. But I figured I'd "weigh in" again today, and lo I've lost a bit over 5# since my last post, so that's good.
I'm mostly posting this just as a reminder to myself to eat sanely where possible :). But the happy realization that I was down a few pounds doesn't hurt either.
